Fezzari has an all-new, long-travel eMTB out today and it looks like it will up the ante from their Wire Peak. The new Timp Peak (formerly a 150mm trail bike) is now basically an electrified version of the 170mm La Sal Peak.

The Timp Peak has a 170mm travel frame and is matched with a 170mm fork. Fezzari says that often when brands build an e-bike, they select a motor and battery and build around it, but the Timp Peak was built with geometry, suspension kinematics and rider fit in mind and then considered the added weight of the motor and battery. As with most e-bikes on the market, Fezzari went with the Shimano EP8 motor.

The Timp Peak has a full carbon frame including the shock link, with fully internal cable routing. The bike is paired with 160mm cranks for riders to crank through rocky lines. Fezzari says the suspension was tuned to offer excellent small bump sensitivity on top of support for cornering and big hits.

As far as geometry, the Timp Peak has a 77.5° seat tube angle, a 64° head tube angle, and 437mm chainstays across sizes; rather snappy for a long-travel e-bike. The bike is mixed-wheel compatible with the GA link.

Pricing starts at $5,000 for a frameset with a Fox X2 Factory shock. Complete builds start at $6,000 for a Timp Peak with DVO suspension, TRP DH-R Evo brakes, and a SRAM NX drivetrain. A top-of-the-line build with a RockShox Zeb, TRP brakes, and an unnamed SRAM 12-speed drivetrain sells for $8,000.
